The Character: 

Not exceptionally notable back in the day…maybe even considered sketchy, and then along comes WholeFoods Market, to resuscitate real estate prices, and the neighborhood, sending them both into overdrive. Logan now serves as an extension cord to U Street Corridor, sending electricity down the 14^th Street corridor for another 10 blocks. No shortage of wonderful cafés, restaurants, shops, and unique stores specializing in everything, to name a few, and close to everything. Plenty of awesome condo and townhome options. No need for a car if you don’t own one…Zipcar, Bikeshare, Limebike, Uber, Lyft, and way more than we can count are in abundance.
