CondoLife

Hey Neighbor,

Welcome to the CondoLife Blog. I am super excited to be able to share this with you.

When I started in real estate sales, I knew I would specialize in condominiums, and I did. Since 2000, I've honed my expertise in condo sales, leasing, and management, and over the course of this time, three recurring themes kept presenting themselves without fail…

  1. Despite preparing my clients very well for their condo purchases, they continued to rely on my expertise after their purchases to help them with ownership, condo association challenges, and leasing and management of their condos.

  2. Condo owners as a whole, including affordable, market rate, and high-end condo owners, were not only poorly prepared for condo ownership, but most of them did not know enough about what it meant to live in a condominium and share building ownership with other condo owners, and

  3. Years of specializing in Condos sales has proven to me that condo owners are not consistently educated about condo life.

This triptych has been playing over and over for my entire career in real estate. So, after years of observing and experiencing condo owners face one unexpected surprise after another, I created CondoLife.

CondoLife fills in the information and education gap with fresh content to existing condo owners, and by preparing prospective condo buyers for the dynamic challenges both simple and complex of urban condominium ownership and multifamily living. Readers will find CondoLife an informative, engaging, and sometimes humorous read, always delivered directly to their email inboxes and social media platforms.

Other condo agent websites claim to “specialize” in condos. But the real challenges of condo life don’t end after you purchase your condo, they’re just beginning. And that’s when condo owners really need support. With that said, clients of The Condo Connection are exceptionally well prepared for their condominium purchase before they purchase, and because we’re always around, they have access to The Condo Connection as an invaluable resource after their purchase.

I have developed subject-matter expertise, and through CondoLife, I provide relevant articles  that I happily share with our readers to increase their condo life IQ, which I am confident will contribute to better prepared, better informed, happier homeowners for the life of their condominium ownership.

Thanks for clicking and reading, and I hope you enjoy.
