I’m a native Washingtonian, a relentless entrepreneur, and licensed Real Estate Broker who began my real estate career in 2000. For 19 years I’ve specialized in condominiums and I’ve developed an expertise and proficiency in every nuance of condominium sales and leasing, as well as management, in all price ranges, and I’ve become exceptionally good at it.
My real estate experience has also been in emerging and established neighborhoods, and I’ve represented a diverse clientele in various professions and incomes throughout the D.C. metropolitan area.
I’ve represented homebuyers and sellers, as well as investors and developers with their investment properties and condo conversions. I have just as many years of experience with Class A, B & C property management and leasing for condominiums, town-homes and single-family homes, in addition to a high level of expertise in association and multifamily property management.
I hold several designations in Condo Association Management, and I’ve been involved in every facet of condominium life, including as a Condo Owner, Condo Board President, Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Condo Conversions Agent, and Buyer & Seller Agent Representative.
I’ve helped countless 1st-time and repeat homebuyers to purchase condos as their first and second homes, apartments for their kids in college, offices for their businesses, and as investment properties for their real estate portfolios. And after helping our clients with the successful purchase and settlement of their homes and investment properties, one after another, they turned to me again for my experience and effectiveness to professionally lease and manage their properties as well. Seventeen years later, I continue to represent our clients with the same enthusiasm, interest and integrity that I had when we first started.

Our in-house administrative team efficiently manage your purchase transactions from contract to closing. Among several other tasks, the TM makes sure our new clients and newly listed and leased homes are set up properly, from start to finish…seamlessly.
Our listing coordinators assist you though every step of the listing process to prepare your home for market and assuring that it looks and shows its absolute best.
When it comes to marketing your home, our marketing staff has it down to a science. A powerful 3D home tour, combined with email, social media, internet syndication and direct mail, along with open houses, good old-fashioned door-knocking and word of mouth gets your home exposure, noticed and sold.
